How to get started
Once you have decided on a date for your club photos then get in touch with us and confirm that we are available.
- Send us a database of players and team names (eg: Under 14, Under 12 Blue, etc). Direct online link keeping player data secure and confidential
- We will supply you with a booking code and link for your player’s to be registered online.
- In the lead up to the date (as soon as possible) within about 3-4 weeks, start promoting the link throughout your membership base. Everything is done securely online and you don’t need to do anything else.
Photo Ordering
We’ll notify everyone directly when photos are ready to be viewed and ordered (around 7 – 10 days after the shoot).
Our easy-to-use online system can be accessed any time from mobile phone and computer to view photos and place orders.
We offer special priced packages and photos, magnets, keyrings, player trading cards and high resolution digital downloads.
All done completely online and packages are sent directly to the player without the club needing to handle any money or photos. Simple and easy!
